Women Redefining Power, Leadership & Culture
📅 Wednesday, 8th May 2026
🕘 10:00 – 17:30
📍 LSEG, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LS
Overview
Disruptors Festival is a curated, one-day leadership and culture gathering created by Violet Simon, supported by LSEG.
It brings together women and allies shaping how power, leadership, identity, wealth, wellbeing, and culture are being redefined — not in theory, but through lived experience, perspective, and storytelling.
This is not a conference built on performance or surface-level inspiration. It is designed for depth, relevance and conversations that stay with you.
Across two parallel rooms, the Festival brings together:
- Short-form Disruptors Talks
- Fireside conversations and panels
- Grounded wellbeing and reflection sessions
All within an intentional, carefully curated environment.
Who This Is For
Disruptors Festival is for women and allies who:
- Carry responsibility and influence
- Are navigating leadership, reinvention, visibility, or change
- Want conversations that are culturally relevant, emotionally intelligent, and commercially aware
The audience spans mid-level to senior leaders, founders, creatives, and decision-makers across business, media, technology, culture, and social impact.
