A single, intimate day for women who lead

That's what we've built. Disruptors Private is one day — Friday 9th October 2026, 10am to 6pm, at Harbour Hotel Richmond. An intimate room of just 30 women who lead: founders, CEOs, operators and investors, together for a day away from the noise.

A day to step back, to reflect, and to have the real conversations about ambition, pressure, reinvention and what success actually costs — the ones we rarely get to have out loud. With the space to breathe built into the day itself.

The day includes:

  • Our signature Disruptors Hot Seat, an honest, unscripted exchange
  • Restorative sessions to slow the pace and reset
  • A long, unhurried lunch
