So many times, we always hear how fear is a bad thing and how we need to get rid of it or surporess it. Well, if you feel fear, that’s awesome, you are human. Everyone feels fear but how we deal with it is what matters.
Are you ready to embrace fear? This week, what are those things you are scared about that’s stopping you from actually addressing what needs to be addressed?
When you step away from the feeling of fear and focus on why you feel that fear in the first place, fear begins to dissolve.
Enjoying the process of fear and seeing it as part of life which also makes us grow and evolve is the ultimate way to conquer fear. It doesn’t mean fear won’t come but you have learnt to sit with it and handle it.
